Erin and Nixon

Erin and Nixon a few minutes after he was born. Overall the birth went well with no major complications for Erin or Nixon. Erin was in labor for about 5 and 1/2 hours. Erin pushed for about 20-30 min which is an improvement over when she had Ally where she pushed for over 2 hours. Of course it was painful and very difficult for Erin, but in the end it was worth it. She was very strong willed and determined. It was difficult for me as a husband to be there because there was not a whole lot that I could do for the pain but that is not to say that I was not busy. I was the water boy, the fan, the back rubber, the go-fer, the coach and the cord cutter.
