Here are a few pictures from Mother's Day. I love my kids. Sometimes in life I get so caught up with everything that I'm supposed to be doing that I forget that I'm a mother first, and everything else (dishes, laundry, errands) comes after that. This Mother's Day I made a resolve to myself to be a mother first everyday. I've been loving that way thinking this way makes my day so much better. And, yes Nixon is wearing girls clothes in these pictures. Sometimes that boy is just so silly.

I agree, being a mother first every day makes life so much better! I have been doing it for a while now and it is great.
